well he is going to purchase the one that cost 100 dollars so yeah but for me there are still a bunch of games that I would want than just GOW 3.

Pretty much. Theres hardly any games releasing next year that interests me. Darksiders, BlazBlue Continuum Shift and GOW3 are the only ones that interest me.
