Which one trumps the other? hundreds of quick, light attacks, or 1 single, slow deathblow?
I'd have to say speed. Sure, it may take a while to whittle your opponent's strength away, but from the strength's point of view, what's the point of being strong enough to hit something once to kill it, when you can't hit the target anyway?

Speed, its just better, you can get anywhere in seconds or minutes and no one can catch you.

Speed. If you're quick, you can survive longer. Not to mention you can add speed to attacks and increase their overall force.

that proves that speed can take you to different planes of existence. i dont think brute strength and power can accomplish anything like that.

You fools!
Its useless to have speed and little strenth. You can Punch a 1000 times a minute but it doesnt matter if all hits do " NO DAMAGE" (fire emblem reference) With strenth theres a high chance u also have defence. >.>
Wen haz speed u haz less power in most cases . Wen u haz power u haz also defence in most cases. power FTW

true, but not everything uses fire emblem statistics, ike. no matter how resistant you are to pain, 1000 lightning quick punches to the face is gonna hurt you
