nah Terumi is the true villain, though I was Makoto as a new character for the next blazblue game if possible, but I still doubt she will be in CS.

The character will be available at the time of the PAL version's release. They did not say whether it will be free or not.

Ahhh that sucks this got me hyped to use her just like Tsubaki, damn now I will be using 7 characters in CS.

I'm sure they're doing their own internal testing, it's not like they're going to create a character, do absolutely no balancing work and release it to the masses.

Also, the NA version comes out July 27th was it? So hopefully any balance issues if any can be ironed out with a patch a month or so down the road.

It makes sense though that the developers be paid for work they do after the game is released, but having the character released on launch day is a little iffy.
But you also have to consider when the game actually went gold. By the time of completion (if it's completed) they could of still been working on the character.

Regardless of all that, if it's priced I hope it's reasonable, like 3-$5, hopefully no more than $10. Best case scenario is that it's free.

I sure hope so she already looks interesting because she is a close range character by the looks of her attacks, cant wait for CS and to use Makoto in the future.

Long answer: We really did want to make a fantastical LE, but due to time constraints and production lead times, it just wasn't meant to be. Sure we could have slapped together
