The story for Arkham City takes place about one year after the events of Arkham Asylum. Quincy Sharp, former warden of Arkham Asylum, has taken credit for stopping the Joker, and used the notoriety to become mayor of Gotham City. As neither Arkham nor Blackgate Prison are in any condition to detain inmates, Sharp buys out a large section of Gotham's slums and arms the perimeter with private military contractors from a group called Tyger in order to create "Arkham City". The prisoners are brought into Arkham City and are given free rein, as long as they do not attempt escape. To oversee the city, Sharp hires psychiatrist Hugo Strange who appears to have his own secret agenda for the city. Batman maintains a vigil over the city, worried that the situation may get out of hand.

Hey look my uncle doing the voice of Scarecrow LOL! Anyway once again Troy Baker and his majestic voice that doesn't fit his looks in real life. The trailers and demo didn't convince me to buy the first one, still not sure about the second one though.

You have an uncle named Dino? I liked the first one but it was way too easy. Even on hard :P And Troy Baker does an amazing job as Two-Face, he almost sounds exactly like Richard Moll when he voiced Two Face in the old cartoons.

Robin has been revealed for a while now. i dont know if its either the original Robin Dick Grayson or the younger one, Tim Drake. He's a playable character in the game's challenge maps if you preorder the game at Best Buy. Since the game is going using the unreal engine they had to make him into a bald headed space marine.

The reason why he looks like that according to the developer
Quote :
"We wanted to create a Robin that players would identify as a contemporary character and move away from the traditional "Boy Wonder" image that most people know. Our vision of Robin is the one of a troubled young individual that is calm and introverted at times but very dangerous and aggressive if provoked. The shaved head is inspired by cage fighters, because we thought that Robin might be doing that in his spare time to keep him on his toes. Still, we kept all the classic trademarks of Robin's appearance, such as the red and yellow colors of his outfit, the cape and the mask.
We really hope that people will discover our Robin as one of their new favorite characters in the Batman universe. He is back and he means business."
I personally hate this Robin already. They are using the Tim Drake version. The current Robin.

Tim Drake is already an expert fighter but what distinguishes him from the other Robins is that he is the smartest of the bunch. He knows his tech and knows how to handle the situation at hand. He is fast and can neutralize his opponents quickly. Cage fighters are far more slower than what Batman taught him. Here they are turning him into a brute. Robin's purpose is to be the light of Batman's life, the untainted youth he lost./Nerd rage off
